And if you can, avoid wearing clothing made from artificial materials such as silk.
Because hair can also trap moisture it is recommended that you shave as much as possible. You can also watch what you eat. There are certain foods such as curry, garlic, peppers and onions which can increase the amount of perspiration you have.
